In our traditional education system, science gets reduced to rote memorization. The curiosity and wonder that make science exciting often get lost between the pages of textbooks. It’s frustrating that even now, in the 21st century, superstitions and rumors still spread easily—simply because many of us aren’t taught to question things or verify the truth. ‘Bigganneshi’ was born out of that frustration and a burning curiosity to know the unknown. Our singular mission was to make science accessible in simple Bengali and bring it to everyone’s doorstep.

Honestly, while our activities began in April 2022, it took time and patience for us to evolve into the established ‘Bigganneshi’ you see today. We never imagined this humble initiative would grow into a massive family of nearly 1.5 million people. We wanted to prove that science isn’t just about scary math and equations; it’s actually full of surprising, delightful moments.

Today, Bigganneshi is much more than just a website. It’s a place where we break down hard topics into simple stories you can actually understand. We are learning right alongside you every day—taking every new experience and using it to make this community better and stronger. Our 40+ dedicated volunteers pour their hearts into this mission daily.
